Cooperation in Nigerian movement

Animation and Visual effects industry is one younger and newer. There are many people with a lot of drive and energy. But one of the factors that influence the creation of sound studios and the current lack of collaborative projects between artists and technicians in the field.

Funding is a major factor, particularly in Nigeria. In some countries, grants and other support systems available to support those in the creative industries. Of course the creative industries to struggle to get it. But Governments have recognized that creative industries can gain huge. The United Nations established creative economy as one of the economies of developing countries would benefit enormously if harnessed as established economies. Unfortunately haven't realised that African Governments including Nigeria fully perspectives.

Most people in our industry a nascent movement of young graduates with little financial support and not large industry to deal with them and paid decent. They have to make you go along. The main industries of the Treaty (law, engineering and banks) with clearer entrance ways, the more money we make for a pilot phase right now. Passion only get you so far if you have no cash (perhaps get old!)

To now devote time and effort to animated project with people just for that difficult. Don't get me wrong, I think that is precisely what creates better at work. Just difficult to do from a logical position on which invoices must be paid.

The question of "ego" is also another factor to consider. There are pros and cons of this.We all want to be the best studios projects. think natural selection will sort things.Once you wish/animation studios that you could hire someone, get projects etc. has most people will want to work for them but in stage where very few, people are still trying to see if they would be Studios industry leaders make no apology for. saying my Studio one of them.

Having said all that, things change for a more satisfying and positive practitioner network. future industry looks interesting.
